1971 BDT Terms & Conditions — A Complete Overview of Member Rights and Responsibilities

By using the 1971 bdt platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before you start using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 1971 bdt and its members. If you do not agree with any of the terms stated herein, please refrain from using the platform.

1971 bdt is an entertainment platform operating under an international license. Participation is entirely voluntary and at the user's own discretion.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on 1971 bdt:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each individual may register one account only. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be closed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
• Your account password must be kept confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: 1971 bdt may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence for identity verification at any time. This is mandatory — failure to verify may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

All financial transaction rules on 1971 bdt are detailed below:

Deposit: The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If a deposit fails, please wait 5 minutes — the amount will be returned to your mobile banking account.

Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The maximum limit is determined by your VIP level. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been met.

• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.
• The payment method must be registered in your name.
• Sending funds to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Any transaction suspected of money laundering may be placed on hold.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on 1971 bdt:

Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details before placing your bet.

Settlement of Results: 1971 bdt determines bet outcomes in accordance with internationally recognised sporting rules. Bets are settled after the official result has been announced.

• Match cancellation: If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the bet is voided and the full stake is refunded.
• Technical error: If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, 1971 bdt reserves the right to void that bet.
• Live Betting: In-play betting odds change from moment to moment. The odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• Maximum win limit: Each bet has a maximum win limit, which varies depending on the game.

If one selection in an accumulator bet is void, that leg is settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections stand. If all selections are void, the entire bet is refunded.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers from 1971 bdt:

• Each bonus offer has its own rollover requirements, validity period, and eligibility criteria.
• Bonuses are available to eligible members only — any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only.
• If the rollover requirement is not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Any winnings earned through bonuses must meet the rollover requirement before a withdrawal can be made.

1971 bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Advance notice will be given for changes to ongoing bonuses.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1971 bdt platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Manipulating betting outcomes or engaging in any other fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other members or 1971 bdt staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

1971 bdt reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• By court order or government directive.
• If the member requests account closure themselves.

To close your account, contact our support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure. As part of responsible gaming, you may also request self-exclusion, which allows your account to be temporarily suspended for a specified period.

1971 bdt is not liable for the following:

• Disruptions to betting activity due to loss of internet connection.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Account information compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• App failure caused by issues with the user's device or software.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

1971 bdt always strives to maintain a stable service, but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance may cause brief downtime — advance notice will be provided.

1971 bdt reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. For any significant changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• A notification of the changes will be displayed upon logging into the platform.
• A minimum of 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, please contact support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which 1971 bdt is licensed. In the event of any dispute, an initial resolution will be sought through the 1971 bdt support team.
